Dnata, the Middle East’s major travel management company, with services spanning every aspect of the travel industry, has marked 10 years of operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
Since its inception, dnata Travel has helped fulfill the travel requirements for over 1,400,000 customers and 400 local and multinational corporate through its 24x7 contact center and 16 dedicated retail locations.
“Since we launched in the Kingdom, we have worked hard to build a reputation for excellent customer service with competitively priced products, and the results speak for themselves,” Mohammed Mosaid, country head, dnata Travel KSA.
“From our most popular destinations such as Maldives, Dubai or London to anywhere in the world the customer may desire to go, we work hard to deliver great travel experiences,” he added.
With over 180 employees, dnata Travel claims to surpass industry standards with a staff retention rate of 90 percent, while also operating the Kingdom’s first all-female call center in Alkhobar that serves customers across the country.
In collaboration with the country’s Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF), dnata is spearheading a newly developed program hoping to develop local talent.
dnata’s corporate travel arm HRG provides corporate clients, both multinationals and small organizations, with the latest products and cutting edge technology, which assists companies with precise, cost-effective travel solutions.
Dnata also offers corporates travel management solution (TMS), an online tool that is a low-cost cloud-based solution that simplifies making travel arrangements for all types of corporate travel with great user interface and is available on all devices.
dnata recently launched an online booking portal, which is also available on dnata Travel’s app in English and Arabic.
Established in 1959, dnata Travel serves more than seven million customers each year and has recorded annual revenue totaling AED2.7 billion.
