For the second consecutive year, Dow has been recognized as “Best Workplaces in KSA 2016.”

The annual ranking, developed by Great Place to Work®, follows a comprehensive study of organizational culture of more than 100 local and international companies in Saudi Arabia and identifies, on this occasion, the top 15 best companies to work for in the Kingdom.

Chuck Swartz, President of Dow Saudi Arabia, said: “I want to thank all Dow colleagues in KSA for their collective and relentless effort in contributing to a culture of safety, respect and teamwork for Dow in KSA. While we should all be proud of this accomplishment, there is no room for complacency. Each and every one of us has a role to play in continuing to make our company a great place to work.”

Dow is the largest foreign investor in Saudi Arabia and has a number of strategic investments including Sadara Chemical Company, a joint venture developed by Dow and Saudi Aramco, covering the country and the region.

In June, Dow became the first company to receive a trading license from the Saudi government, allowing 100 percent ownership in the country’s trading sector and expanding Dow’s long history of partnership and investment in the Kingdom.
