An Indian food festival will take place at Elaf Jeddah Hotel (Red Sea Mall) in Jeddah from Feb. 4 to Feb. 6.

The festival will be formally inaugurated at 8.00 p.m. on Feb. 3. (By invitations only).

The Indian Consulate in Jeddah and India’s Tourism Ministry are organizing the event in association with the hotel.

The previous two festivals at Elaf Jeddah Hotel proved to be highly successful, according to organizers.

Three chefs from India’s ITDC have arrived in Jeddah to show their culinary skills at this event.

Food lovers will get a rare opportunity to enjoy the original culinary skills and the flavors of exotic spices, which make the Indian cuisine a truly international delight.

On menu will be an array of delicacies — all authentic and mouth-watering — from different regions of India.

Guests can also view live cooking demonstrations.

The festival hours are 7.30 p.m. to 11.30 pm.
