EMC has been recognized as the best place to work in Saudi Arabia by the Great Place to Work institute, a global research and management consultancy.

EMC was recognized for creating a motivating, comfortable and engaging work environment in Saudi Arabia as well as for its focused investments in employee development and its fair and transparent reward and recognition programs.

EMC also was commended for its impressive efforts to go above and beyond its employment obligations under Saudi labor laws.

In addition, through the EMC academic alliance program, EMC continues to reach out to young nationals enrolled at major universities across the Kingdom.

Great Place to Work results are based on direct and confidential feedback from participating companies’ employees. The annual benchmarking study — which assesses the level of credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie within an organization — forms part of the world’s largest employee survey.

EMC was as well reported to have the top year-on-year improvement score across all EMC teams participating in Great Place to Work in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
