FALCOM Financial Services participates for the second time in the forum of turning family businesses into joint stock companies as its diamond supporter.
The forum, sponsored by Capital Market Authority (CMA) Chairman Mohammed Abdullah Al-Jadaan, is hosted by the Eastern Province Chamber of Commerce and Industry on March 30, in collaboration with the Saudi stock exchange (Tadawul).
The forum takes place to endorse the efforts made by CMA along with Tadawul to solidify the concepts of corporate governance and spread the importance and benefits of converting family businesses, a crucial factor in the Saudi economy, to joint stock companies listed in the Tadawul.
FALCOM says it always seeks to be present in such events as it believes in the importance of converting family-owned businesses to joint stock companies as well as its ability to contribute in this field given FALCOM's past experiences in the Saudi market.
FALCOM is considered one of the first investment banks that received CMA's license in 2007. FALCOM also has a great track record of achievements and awards, and its branches are widely spread in the main cities of the Kingdom, which enables FALCOM to provide full financial solutions.
