Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) has lionized Alsalam-Aircraft Company by rewarding settlement wages, offered by the fund within the platinum range in accordance with the private sector program of the Ministry of Labor.

This has helped in attracting national staff through several rehabilitation and training programs in aircraft maintenance for the company, which has increased and modified salaries of Saudis.

Company President & CEO Mohamed Noor Fallatah stated in a press release that this offer is only an incentive for making more efforts to provide jobs for young Saudis who are capable of working in aircraft maintenance. He noted that the company has made achievements in gaining high figures for recruitment and training of young Saudis.

He added that the company has extensive training programs in maintenance and manufacture of spare parts of F 15 aircraft. In the past it attracted 32 trainees during the first stage from among graduates of various technical colleges at a special ceremony attended by Minister of Labor Adel Faqeih.

He emphasized that relying on national staff in the field of aircraft maintenance is a strategic move and interest of the company as it will contribute to support national development.

He explained that the company also has specialized development and qualification programs for Saudi employees to occupy senior positions in the company.

More than 82 percent of them work in leadership positions. This percentage will further increase to make Saudis take leadership of this company in the near future. This will ultimately contribute to manufacturing in the Kingdom, and reflect positively in growth and development of the Saudi economy.
