At an event organized by Bab Rizq Jameel (BRJ) to recognize its clients for their excellent Saudization achievements, Minister of Labor Adel Fakeih, presented an award to Jumeirah Trading Company LLC (JTCL Baskin-Robbins KSA) for its outstanding record of success in employing Saudi nationals in its Kingdomwide network of sales outlets.

Abdulmonem Suliman, acting GM, Galadari Ice Cream Company, the parent company of JTCL Baskin-Robbins KSA, said: “We have established a very happy working relationship with Bab Rizq Jameel and are delighted at receiving this award from them for the third year running, having previously received it in 2011 and 2012. At Jumeirah Trading Company we give Saudization high priority and by recruiting through the excellent services of Bab Rizq Jameel we have achieved a high percentage of Saudi employees in line with our policy to make a significant contribution to the economic and social development of the Kingdom.”

BRJ is a community service initiative under the Abdul Latif Jameel Group and is geared toward finding a brighter future or young Saudi men and women in cooperation with the Labor Office and the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF).

Mohammed Abdul Latif Jameel, chairman BRJ, said: “In assessing the candidates for our annual awards, we apply very strict criteria and our client, Jumeirah Trading Company, has passed the test for three years running not only by meeting the high recruitment levels, but also because the company is hiring pan-KSA, which helps Saudi nationals living outside the major cities to settle with a job in their resident city.
