The Jeddah Hilton and Waldorf Astoria Jeddah-Qasr Al-Sharq marked the Saudi National Day with celebrations by creating an “unforgettable experience” for the guests and visitors of the two hotels.

A huge Saudi flag was unfurled inside the Jeddah Hilton atrium lobby.

During the event a huge cake was made to replicate the shape of the historic Al Masmak Palace in Riyadh. This was surrounded by lobby screens displaying films on the present and the past of the Kingdom.

Also, the hotel lobby and the fountains were fully decked with a wash of green lights. Arabic coffee, dates and other traditional Saudi delicacies were served to the hotels visitors and guests inspiring the traditions of Saudi generosity.

The Hotels’ Director of Business Development Inayat Ramjean said: "We congratulate the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on its 86th National Day. On this occasion, we are proud to celebrate the Saudi heritage and culture, and to come together with the citizens of Saudi Arabia. We want to show our support by organizing national-themed events at both hotels."

The National Day celebrations concluded with a Saudi-themed night at Al-Safina Restaurant featuring food specialties from different provinces of the Kingdom.

The two hotels are also offering a celebratory promotion on room bookings.
