Bab Rizq Jameel (BRJ), a pioneer in providing job opportunities for Saudi citizens, has negotiated an agreement with Nesma Trading, which opens up around 208 employment positions to young Saudi job seekers in a variety of fields.

The vacancies Nesma Trading Co. is looking to fill, include mechanical, electrical and civil engineering, as well as contracting, in addition to other service related positions in the areas of transport and alimentation.

All future employees would be working on the company’s projects in the Eastern Region.

Nesma confirmed that salaries for the available jobs offered range between SR4,000 and SR8,000, in addition to a housing and transport allowance, medical insurance, an annual bonus and other benefits.

Hussein Nizar Al-Brahim, head of the Saudization Department at Nesma Trading Ltd., said that personal interviews for youth interested in these jobs would begin on Thursday for several days.

He said the company is keen to attract, train and certify Saudi youths seeking to take up any of the vocational jobs available at the company. Al-Brahim highlighted Nesma’s strategy based on investing in the potential of young Saudi people strengthening their capabilities in these fields.

Al-Brahim stressed that Sheikh Saleh Al-Turki, chairman of the company’s board of directors, was keen on granting opportunities to Saudi youth, whom he had full faith in to successfully contribute to the company’s various business areas, noting his commitment to provide employment opportunities to the people of the beloved country of Saudi Arabia.

Talking on behalf of Bab Rizq Jameel, its executive director, Abdul Rahman Alfehaid, said that its strategy was to assist national companies to find qualified young Saudis for the vacancies they needed to fill.

“Bab Rizq Jameel is an important human resources provider, serving as a party which national companies can rely upon to provide the right candidates. This is especially important in light of the expansion of many companies and institutions, and their desire to find young Saudis to work for them,” he added.

Thamer Batikh, an employment specialist at Bab Rizq Jameel, said that it was thanks to the young generation being eager to embark on a career, that national companies were able to find suitable employees at home to take up positions of responsibility.

“We are happy that Nesma Trading is interested in furthering the career of these young people in their company and developing their competencies to excel,” he added.
