Dubai Police has honored Malabar Gold & Diamonds in recognition of its active and outstanding participation in various CSR activities across the region.

Shamlal Ahamed M.P., MD-international operations, received a memento from Sheikh Mansour bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al-Maktoum, chairman of the Supreme Committee for the Protection of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, in the presence of Maj. Gen. Khamis Mattar Al-Muzainah, commander in chief of Dubai Police and other dignitaries.

While handing over the memento, Al-Maktoum expressed his appreciation of the group’s involvement in philanthropic activities.

Malabar Gold & Diamonds was honored during the opening ceremony of the forum on best practices and innovations in the protection of people with disabilities, which was conducted in collaboration with Rashid Center for the Disabled, which began with the support of Sheikh Mansour bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al-Maktoum, chairman of the Supreme Committee for the Protection of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.

The forum was aimed to take advantage of best practices and innovations in the field of protection of persons with disabilities and for the development of government services provided to them.

The forum was held on the sidelines of an exhibition in which companies offer latest innovations, practices and experiences specialized in the development of technologies for disabilities.
