Millennium Hotels and Resorts, Middle East and Africa has made three new appointments to its commercial and operations team. The new recruits, Mustafa Ainen as director of operations across Oman, Qatar and Kuwait markets, Nemanja Acimovic as director of operations, UAE and Sathis Aravinda as director of revenue in the Middle East and Africa, continue to strengthen the commitment of the group to employ 4,000 staff by 2018.
Reporting to the chief operating officer, Ainen joins from Rotana Hotels, where he held the role of cluster general manager KSA for Centro Shaheen Jeddah and Centro Waha Riyadh.
With over 25 years of experience in hospitality, Acimovic has worked for many international hotel chains such as Starwood and Hilton in the Gulf region and Australia.
Sathis brings with him 12 years of experience working with international companies such as Movenpick, Meydan, Galadari and Rotana in the UAE and Sri Lanka.
