Mobily platform registered a new record in the number of applications that were downloaded by the subscribers through Mobily App Store, exceeding the three million barrier in the process of downloading all types of applications available in the platform.

Mobily explained that the growth ratio in the number of downloads made by users reached 200 percent in comparison to last year. This move reflects a transitional shift in the prevalence of smartphones in the Kingdom and the subsequent growth in the use of applications.

The devastating amount of flow toward applications reflects Mobily’s deep insight to keep pace with the rapid growth in the use of smart phones. This was realized when Mobily launched a special App Store supporting most operating smartphones systems.
