Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) has appointed competent Saudis in the company’s executive team and entrusted them with major positions. This is stated to be part of its plans to continue supporting Saudi competencies.

Among the most prominent of these appointments is entrusting of duties of business support unit to Essam bin Othman Al-Jubair in the position of senior executive officer, business support, reporting directly to the CEO. In his new role, Al-Jubair will be responsible for supply chain, purchasing, facilities and administration.

Al-Jubair is considered one of the prominent national competencies in Mobily, where he joined the company in 2005 and held several management positions within the company. He holds a degree in architecture engineering and building science from King Saud University. He also worked in companies such as the BAE Systems.

Mobily has also named Tareq Alangari as EGM for investors’ relations. Alangari has 14 years of experience in this field. He worked as a consultant in Capital Market Authority prior to joining Mobily and served in many organizations such as Al-Rajhi Bank and Tadawul. He holds a masters in business administration from IE Business School University in Spain and bachelor’s degree in marketing from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, in addition to several diplomas and remarkable courses.
