Mobily has launched a major Ramadan promotion as part of its 10th anniversary campaign marking the company’s commercial launch. This offer gives all Mobily customers the opportunity to present to any of their friends or family members a gift worth SR100.

Mobily offers its subscribers the opportunity to gift any of the services, either voice communication within the network or the Internet, which reflects the company's "eagerness to innovate offers that contain multiple options and meet the desires of subscribers."

Mobily explained that this gift will be activated automatically once the customer sends SMS to 1100 with the word "gift 1" for giving voice minutes or "gift 2" for the Internet, followed by a space and the beneficiary mobile number that will receive the gift. The cost of the SMS is SR10.

Mobily clarifies that the offer is valid for all prepaid and post-paid customers. The company is keen to include all subscribers in voice communication packages without any exception.

Mobily launched the "10 Years of Mobily" campaign at the beginning of Ramadan to include both media advertising and commercial activities. "This reflects the strength of the commercial strategy of Mobily, which is centered on the satisfaction of subscribers and strengthen the relationship with them," the company stated.
