Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) has added more benefits for Hala prepaid customers. These are in addition to the basic benefits, allowing more flexibility to the customers.

Mobily’s new monthly Hala provides two plans - SR 65, which introduces 2 GB Internet and 500 on-net voice calls; customers can subscribe by sending 65 through SMS to 1100. Secondly, SR120, which introduces 6 GB Internet and 1,000 on-net voice calls and the customer can subscribe after sending 120 to 1100.

Mobily stated that it is keen to offer multiple choices aimed at meeting the customers’ need. “Additionally, monthly Hala reflects the competitiveness identity of Mobily, which enables both postpaid and prepaid customers enjoy best packages and promotions.

The launch of the new monthly Hala reflects Mobily’s keenness and priority of prepaid customers since the company is targeting improvement in the customers’ value-for-money formula.

In addition, Mobily says it covers all of its outlets around the Kingdom in serving prepaid customers with best experience and secure best balance recharge methods.
