Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) differentiates its Hala 19 prepaid package through per second billing for calls and per kilobyte for the Internet, enhancing the value for the customers.

Hala 19 provides best prepaid rates since it enables the customers to perform on-net and cross-net voice calls for 19 halals only, and the megabytes rate is 15 halals.
