To mark the 5th anniversary of Movenpick Hotel Al Khobar, Michelin star winner and celebrity Chef Vineet Bhatia will be personally on hand to present a Hi-5 feast at his palatial namesake restaurant in the hotel, Maharaja by Vineet, from Oct.3-11.

Designed to showcase the rich flavors, unique textures and expressive range of Indian cuisine, the extravagant 5-course meal will include delights such as almond fish marbles, herb crusted scallops, burnt garlic-olive chicken tikka, smoked lamb chop and morels tossed in coastal coconut masala, accompanied by Indian favorites, including jaggery peanut lassi, rajma chaat, Bombay cheese toast and stir-fried curry leaf and asparagus rice with plantain chips. Desserts will include chocolate-rasgulla cheesecake and mango-peppercorn ice-cream.
