The National Commercial Bank (NCB) opened its Al-Umra branch (previously Jarwal branch) in Makkah.

The new branch is located on Al-Umra Road, which will provide banking services to the visitors of the holy Haram.

The new branch is in line with the bank’s ongoing improvement efforts and the great importance that it gives in always putting the customer at the heart of its evolving business, the NCB stated.

Makkah now has the bank’s 16 branches, including five exclusively for women. All these branches provide banking, financing and investment services in compliant with the Shariah.

“The new location of the branch meets with our customers’ growing demands for enhanced facilities, greater convenience, efficient and professional services that they have come to expect from us,” the NCB stated.

The main sections of the new branch includes customer service section, which is equipped with all electronic integrated services, where the customer can use the machines to deposit, withdraw or pay bills.

Also, there is a special section to service Wessam customers providing them with all investment services and products. Another section is prepared for personal banking, equipped with latest technologies, which gives the branch a great deal of flexibility to meet different spectrums of the customers’ requirements.

NCB stated that it has adopted new modern and creative designs coping with the advanced banking technology to enhance the bank’s trend to develop strong relations with different spectrums of customers through a modern banking environment.
