Oman Air has extended its support for the Oman Football Association (OFA).

In continuation of its role as the official carrier of the national team for 2014, Oman Air has signed an agreement with OFA.

The announcement also confirms Oman Air as one of the key partners for the OFA. The signing ceremony was attended by media and high-ranking officials from both the sides, at a simple ceremony held at the Seeb Stadium.

Paul Gregorwitsch, Oman Air CEO commented: “Oman Air supports many activities across Oman, and of course football is a sport that is loved by Omanis. We are pleased with our role as the Official Carrier of the National Team of Oman. The Oman Football Association does a great job in nurturing the budding talents in football. This tie-up also helps us promote the Oman Air brand.”

OFA Chairman Sayyid Khalid Al-Busaidi commented: “Oman Air is one of Oman’s most high profile companies, and it is a great honor for OFA to be associated with them. We are grateful to Oman Air for their support over the past years and thank them for their ongoing commitment. Our players would be proud to show Oman Air emblem on the national team jersey. We are extremely proud of our country and our team, and work hard to deliver a positive message to the world of the great country we live in.”
