Park Hyatt Masters of Food & beverage is a series of seasonally and locally inspired culinary weekend workshops that happen four times a year and is hosted at all Park Hyatt locations.

It is an interactive culinary experience, which offers area residents and visiting gourmands a chance to connect with and acquire skills from our award-winning chefs and sommeliers, professional chocolatiers, craft brew masters, local farmers, tea producers and more.

In-house guests and clients will be welcomed and briefed at the hotel about their next enriching gastronomical experience on Saturday 11 January from 12:00 – 8:00pm.

After reaching Obhur, a boat will be taken from the Marina, with some guests enjoying the coastlines of Jeddah while others spending the day fishing and participating in recreational activities.

To end this exclusive event, guests will be served an exquisite three-course meal and the winner with the biggest catch will get his/her fish cooked by the hotel’s chefs.
