Petromin announced it has achieved the optimum level of Nitaqat program by implementing Saudization. Petromin, which claims to be the first Saudi company in the lubricant industry to have achieved the feat, stated that the support of National Managerial Competencies made the achievement possible.

Petromin CEO Sameer Nawwar said: “Our achievement was due to our planning, employment program, and training and development through our multiple orientations and programs.”

However, our company is one of the largest in production of a mix of lubricants and oils in the Middle East We gathered the best group of engineers, technicians and national labors who work hard to attain the maximum average of productivity, operations and safety.”

Petromin has another production plant in Riyadh for producing lubricants and oils for heavy machinery and many branches across the Kingdom.

“We provide sales and marketing services along with technical support for our clients across the region at all levels, he said.

However, Nawwar said that Petromin believes in the competency of Saudi citizens, and in the importance of providing them with the sufficient training to unleash their potentials. He also mentioned the role of the company's HR department represented by Ibrahim Hadi, GM of HR department and Mohamad Bahwerth, manager of managerial affairs who has been a role model in leadership and management.

The company also invited Abdulmonaam bin Yassin Alshahri, GM for Makkah Region; Sultan Alharbi, manager Labor Office in Jeddah; and a group of professional assistants and employees from Labor Office.

Petromin, a major Saudi production company of car lubricant oils, has reached the platinum level of Nitaqat program with 44 percent Saudization.
