The Royal Commission for Jubail (RCJ) will organize the fourth Manufacturing Industries Forum and Exhibition at King Abdullah Cultural Center in Jubail Industrial City in March.

The event is being held with the support of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman, with the participation of experts and industrialists interested in manufacturing industries from inside and outside the Kingdom, along with companies and industrial sectors.

The organization of the event comes within the RCJ's efforts to contribute in the diversity of the income sources in the Kingdom, as the forum, which is held every two years alternating between Jubail and Yanbu, aims at achieving integration between basic and manufacturing industries.

The forum will discuss the importance of manufacturing industries and the most promising investment opportunities provided by those industries, along with their future trends at local and global levels, as well as the role they play in diversifying the income sources and the industrial base.

It will also highlight the importance of the Saudi petrochemical industries.

Among the themes to be discussed at the forum is the importance of the establishment of industries that accommodate the raw material production and turn them into finished products that increase the added value of the Saudi economy.

Through the forum, the RCJ aims to set out the motivating foundations and rules for the investing thought in the manufacturing sector, the convergence of views between decision-makers and local and international industrialists and investors to encourage them to take advantage of the fertile investment environment enjoyed by Saudi Arabia.

In addition, the event aims to showcase models of industrial integration and interdependence between basic and manufacturing industries.

The forum will also discuss the strategic plans that RCJ set out to develop the manufacturing sector depending on the investment feasibility and available advantages.
