Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd, described as a global leader and innovator in consumer electronics, semiconductors and telecommunications, has announced the availability of "the biggest ever Android-powered full HD screen" in the Saudi market.

Standing with an 18.4” screen, this device was first unveiled to consumers firsthand as part of the Galaxy Studio that is currently based at Jeddah’s Red Sea Mall until Feb. 20.

The Galaxy View’s huge 18.4” Full HD (1920 x 1080) touchscreen in landscape gives a viewing experience that could not be matched by smaller screen tablets with a screen ratio of 16:9. With such a screen size, it weighs 2.65 kg, easily taken by anyone anywhere to ensure no content is being missed at any time.

Galaxy View comes with a two-way stand so users can easily adjust the angle to suit how to view things. With viewing experience up to 8 hours, the Galaxy View is a "piece of art, on the move throughout consumers’ lives to provide content whenever they require it at any given time."

Samsung has also partnered with content providers to allow users to access their favorite shows and movies.
