Sara Osta, winner of arts and entertainment category of Samsung’s Launching People global campaign in Saudi Arabia, revealed her exceptional creative talent to the public at Tasami Gallery in Jeddah, in the presence of Muna Abu Sulayman, mentor of arts and entertainment category, Samsung management and members of the press.
Samsung Electronics worked closely with Osta and organized her first art exhibition to showcase her most up-to-date 42 masterpieces that combines calligraphy and abstract drawing.
Samsung’s culture of innovation reaches beyond products to help people everywhere realize their potential for how technology can make a difference in their and others’ lives.
Sara said: “It’s my utmost joy to organize this exhibition in order to communicate and interact with art lovers here, presenting the opportunity to discover the journey with Samsung and my experience with calligraphy and abstract drawing. I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation to Muna, Samsung, and all those who contributed in supporting and assisting me to nourish my talent and turning these dreams into a reality,” Sara added.
Jae Cheon Park, GM at Samsung Electronics, KSA, who attended the exhibition, stated: “This campaign brought with it a valuable and unique opportunity to the Saudi community to unleash their potentials through showcasing their innovative ideas and challenge themselves to present their best work. Sara Osta is one of the best examples of this. Her persistence and passion to develop her skills and launch her dream made her reach to heights beyond expectation, and we’re extremely proud to witness what this powerful collaborative work has yielded.”
Muna said: “I have had the pleasure being alongside Sara as she has successfully yearned to learn as everyday went by, to put together strategically artistic pieces that truly reflect what she wishes to convey to her audience.”
