Following its announcement earlier in December 2014 of it is new management training program (MTP), Saudi Airlines Catering Company (SACC) announced new vacancies for Saudis looking to continue on their career path and develop their skills and competencies.

Gerhard Marschitz, CEO Saudi Airlines Catering Company, said “Saudi Airlines Catering Company (SACC) has been growing rapidly over the past few years. Marschitz emphasized on Saudi Airlines Catering Company’s diversification strategy which continues to evolve, identifying new business opportunities based on the company’s core competencies assimilated to fast growing, emerging sectors in Saudi Arabia.

From his perspective, Saleh Seferji, Chief HR & Development, said “SACC’s ambitious plan is to increase the number of Saudis by 26 percent in 2015 as a result of its business diversification and ongoing recruitment process. In December 2014, we launched our Management Training Program that aims to train and develop Saudi talent. Their function is vital to departments of SACC headquarters, regional units and SBUs.”

According to Seferji, all SACC are keen to conform to Saudi labor law policies and regulations.
