Shaker Group, sole distributor of LG Air Conditioners in Saudi Arabia, has launched a free maintenance campaign at all Saudi mosques in preparation for the holy month of Ramadan.
"Our mosques, our responsibility’ is the slogan of the campaign, which aims to provide comfort to the worshippers while performing their prayers and rituals.
A technical team of maintenance from Shaker Group visited the mosques across all the Kingdom’s regions to offer free maintenance services, including air filters cleaning, inspecting and changing spare parts during the week-long drive.
During that period the team repaired and maintained more than 5,000 ACs at more than 500 mosques in all the cities of the Kingdom in order to serve the worshipping places before the arrival of the blessed month of Ramadan.
Shaker Group MD Jamil Al-Molhem said: “Shaker Group strongly believes in the principle of contributing through CSR activities based on the Islamic values to serve the mosques.”
He affirmed that the group would surely continue its contributions in such initiatives across the Kingdom.
Al-Molhem added: “Shaker Group’s campaign comes within the framework of enhancing the participation of various economic institutions and their collaboration for achieving the desired solidarity in the society via service initiatives.”
Since its establishment, Shaker Group adopted many objectives and strived to accomplish them.
