The Shaza Al Madina Hotel chain launched its Shaza DhuyoofProgramme at a press conference in Madinah on Nov. 12.

The conference was marked by an introductory keynote by Brahim Robio, GM of Shaza Al Madina Hotel in the presence of several government officials and representatives, as well as leading corporate personalities representing local and international organizations in the private sector.

Brahim Robio welcomed the guests and discussed the constantly evolving changes and challenges in the hospitality industry as well as the significant progress the chain has achieved to reach its current status.

This was followed by a presentation on Shaza Hotel’s success story and high recognition in the Arab world due its well-established identity in the luxury hospitality industry, inspired from the cultures of the silk route.

The various dimensions of Shaza DhuyoofProgramme were then highlighted, showcasing the program — Creating ambassadors in the society.

Shaza Dhuyoof, the signature loyalty program by Shaza Hotels is currently rolled out at Shaza Al Madinah, but will also be introduced at all the upcoming Shaza Hotels in the region, namely at Makkah, Riyadh, Jeddah, Amman, Doha, and Salalah.

Shaza Dhuyoof is descreibed as an exclusive membership program to its loyal customers, upon invitation only and cannot be purchased or enrolled by any other means, making this program an elite customer recognition program.
