Saudi Telecom Co. (STC) group is one of the sponsors of Mobile World Congress 2016, which kicked off in the city of Barcelona on Feb. 22.

STC is represented at the event, which continues till Feb. 25, by a group of top executives who will hold several meetings with the largest decision-makers in telecommunications and data technologies as well as with international suppliers and operators.

In addition to being a gold sponsor of Mobile World Live, the convention’s official broadcasting company, and a sponsor for all the visitors’ entry tickets, with expected turn out of 100,000 visitors, STC has set up the largest stand since the inception of the event alongside a stand that sheds light on its services for visiting the holy sites during the annual Haj, as part of religious observances.

Aside from shedding light on data consumption patterns for individuals living in Saudi Arabia,

STC will demonstrate the services offered to users and the related applications. The stand will include Viva Kuwait, Viva Bahrain and Integral, the content company.

This convention is considered as the most important of all such events held every year as it encompasses all the mobile operators in the world in addition to governmental, legislative and regulatory authorities in telecommunications and data technology.
