Saudi Chef Anas Mubarak Al-Salim of Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh at Kingdom Center has been named the ‘Best Young Chef’ at the 2015 Saudi Excellence for Tourism Awards.

Anas joined Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh’s culinary team in 2013 and his passion and versatility in his every day work made him win this title following fierce competition from other candidates in the industry.

All participating chefs in the Best Young Chef category were judged by a panel of Saudi and international tourism, hospitality and industry experts and Anas was presented with this award by Prince Sultan bin Salman, president of Saudi Commission of Tourism and antiquities.

The Saudi Excellence for Tourism Awards has become firmly established as the benchmark for excellence in the Saudi tourism industry and is a highly respected and impressive achievement for an aspiring chef such as Anas.
