The National Industrialization Company (Tasnee) participated in the first Saudi-South Korean Business Forum.

Bilateral partnership of the strategic power was the forum’s theme. the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in cooperation with the Saudi Export Authority and the Council of Saudi Chambers organized the event in Seoul, from Oct. 28-31.

The forum was held in order to strengthen cooperation between the two countries in bilateral direct investment and establishing new, sustainable and commercial nature of industrial joint projects.

The forum discussed in a free debate the joint cooperation between Saudi Arabia and South Korea in key sectors issues, announcing a set of initiatives that promote economic cooperation between the two countries.

During the forum, Minister of Commerce and Industry Tawfiq Al-Rabiah honored the National Industrialization Company (Tasnee) for its participation in the Saudi booth and its sponsorship of the forum.

Tasnee CEO Saleh bin Fahad Al-Nazha assured that Tasnee is one of the first Saudi companies that cooperated with the Korean side, through many years of cooperation with Korea's Samsung Construction Company, which carried out the building work at the petrochemical manufacturing complex in Jubail Industrial City through the two complexes of the Saudi Polyolefins Company, as well as part of the ethylene cracker complex project of the Saudi Company for Ethylene and Polyethylene.
