The Tropezienne Cniel and the European Union (EU) presented an event in celebration of the 60th anniversary of the cream tart, in Dubai.

A three-year cream tart promotional campaign is being launched. It includes training courses for young chefs in the field of confectionery.

A number of the world’s best chefs from France, the UK and Lebanon took part in the workshops.

Also, workshops will be organized during this month in Saudi Arabia; Workshops will be held in Riyadh on Jan. 25 and in Jeddah on Jan. 27.

Audience participation will be available for those interested in confectionery industry.
