Karim Benkirane, CEO of Virgin Mobile Saudi Arabia, and Nasser Al-Agil, COO of Jarir Bookstores, have signed a deal under which Virgin Mobile booths will be set up at Jarir Bookstores across Saudi Arabia.

The Virgin Mobile booths will stock its prepaid and postpaid packages at chain of Jarir Bookstores and customers will be able to redeem or buy their preferred mobile numbers. This is aimed at bringing a new level of convenience for Virgin Mobile members.

The booths will initially be located in 27 Jarir Bookstores across the Kingdom covering major centers in Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Alkhobar, Yanbu, Abha, Khamis Mushayit, Jazan, Jubail and Dhahran.

Virgin Mobile already has its own chain of retail stores. Virgin Mobile recharges are also available at Panda, Carrefour, Othaim, LuLu, Sahel Mart, MEED and Sasco outlets.

“Jarir Bookstores is a much-loved chain so we are very pleased that Virgin Mobile will now have booths in so many of their stores,” said Benkirane. “This gives our members even more places to buy Virgin Mobile SIMs quickly and conveniently.”
