Western Auto Company Ltd.’s spare parts division has opened its first spare parts outlet in Jubail. This is described as part of the group’s ambitious new expansion strategy to open five parts outlets throughout the Kingdom in its first phase.

The inauguration took place in the presence of Western Auto Company Ltd.’s CEO Kamal A.J., Resident Director Sadakkathullah S.A.S, and top management and staff of the company.

“Aiming to exceed customer expectations by making our products and services more accessible, our group has invested aggressively to ensure customers get original spare parts at cost-effective prices even in remote places by bringing our products more near to them,” the company stated, adding that a highly efficient logistics group backs the sales team at these parts outlets.

“For brands such as Ashok Leyland buses/trucks, CMC, FOTON & KB Autotech, the customers can now rest assured that all the original spare parts required by them would always be available here as the group maintains a large stock of parts at its modern parts distribution center in Dammam ensuring easy availability and service efficiency,” the company stated.

Western Auto’s warehouse management system (WMS) includes stock management with electronic parts catalogs, with satellite link to principals enabling automated order placement and facilitating availability of parts always.
