RIYADH: The branch of the Real Estate Development Fund in Makkah began disbursement of the tranche of special loans approved by the Fund's Director-General Mohammed bin Ali Alabdani.
The Director General of the Fund had endorsed the disbursement under the approval of 2,924 loans for facilitating the construction of approximately 3,509 residential units valued at SR 1,462,000,000.
