Voice of America report by Ayaz Gul from Islamabad states that the Afghan Taliban have silently sent negotiators to Pakistan as efforts to bring the Afghan stakeholders on the negotiations table have expedited at the regional level. A three-member Taliban delegation led by Shahabuddin Dilawar, a senior member of the Afghan Taliban’s Doha office, is currently in Pakistan.
