The Express Tribune: Pakistan’s current account deficit widens to record high

May 19: The Express Tribune report by Salman Siddiqui states that Pakistan’s current account deficit has widened 50% to a record high of $14.03 billion in the first 10 months of the current fiscal year 2018, reported the central bank on Friday. The deficit stood at $9.35 billion in the same period of the previous fiscal year, according to the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).
