German foreign minister to meet US counterpart in Washington, spokesperson says

BERLIN: ‌German Foreign Minister Johann ​Wadephul is set to meet his US counterpart, Marco Rubio, ‌in Washington on ‌Monday.
“The ​foreign ‌ministers ⁠will ​discuss the ⁠situation in the Middle East,” said a foreigm ⁠ministry spokesperson ‌in ‌Berlin.
The ​talks ‌will also ‌focus on continued support for Ukraine and preparations ‌for the NATO summit ⁠in Ankara.
Wadephul ⁠will then travel on to Paraguay, Argentina and Brazil.
