BARCELONA: A ​disputed Spanish law granting an amnesty ‌to ‌those ​involved ‌in ⁠Catalonia's ​separatist drive does ⁠not violate European ⁠Union ‌rules, the ‌EU's ​top ‌court said ‌on Thursday, in ‌a boost to the ⁠Spanish ⁠government and its Catalan allies.
