Two die in train accident near Hail

Two unidentified men were killed when a train ran over them in Nufud desert close to Hail city on Tuesday night.
Col. Abdul Aziz Al-Zenaidi, spokesman of the Hail Police, said it was still unclear whether the incident was accidental or a double suicide. The police are investigating, he said.
An Asian expatriate was the driver of the train, Al-Zenaidi said. The driver told the police he was taking the train from Al-Jouf to Hail. When he heard the collision, he stopped and discovered the two dead bodies on the track. He immediately informed the security departments and his office.
The two men are black in complexion and in their 30s, Al-Zenaidi said.
“An examination of the location did not indicate any criminal involvement. The two bodies are being kept in the morgue at the Hail General Hospital,” he said.
