JEDDAH: Labor Minister Mufrej Al-Haqabani tuned into the feedback from a number of citizens from Makkah and Madinah via video-calling service.
The minister listened to the gist of their demands covering a wide range of issues. He instructed the concerned departments at the ministry to look into the issues and resolve them immediately.
With a virtual face-to-face contact, Al-Haqabani paid undivided attention to the customers through the video calling, a service that was launched recently.
He emphasized that the ministry is keen to open doors to its customers as they can submit their complaints online. It helps resolve their issues without them traveling to the ministry’s headquarters in Riyadh.
The ministry launched the new video-call service across the Kingdom so that customers can contact senior officials without undertaking the journey to Riyadh. The ministry has equipped 60 branches with video-call technology, allowing customers to follow up on their complaints.
To utilize the service, customers can contact senior officials or the labor minister through the Customer Care No. 19911 and reserve an appointment for video conferencing.
The service aims at allowing high-ranking officials at the ministry to be regularly available to the people. It also adds quality and effectiveness to the ministry’s services.
