The Saudi Project for Utilization of Haj Meat (Adahi) is one of its kind. When a pilgrim pays to this organization, he should be positive that the meat will feed many poor citizens in his home country. This organization covers most of the world’s Islamic nations and it also reaches Muslims in non-Islamic nations. Some of these countries are Yemen, Egypt, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Azerbaijan, India, Philippines, Indonesia and so on.

If we take Bangladesh as an example, this Saudi project distributes 60,000 sheep among some 250,000 families. It is a global project that supports poor Muslims by delivering Adahi meat to them, wherever they are. This organization went searching in countries as rich as the US as well! The Adahi project exists to help the poor put some meat on the table.

Our valuable readers and pilgrims are welcome to reconsider the idea of sharing and the value of giving. If we can only imagine the number of Muslims who are in need around the world, I believe we can think of better ways to prove our will to share the happiness of Eid with others.
