RIYADH: The 4th annual Saudi International Technology Incubation Conference will be held from Oct. 8 and 9 at KACST Headquarters in Riyadh.
Organizers, King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST) and the BADIR Program, will bring together incubation industry practitioners and international experts to discuss the latest developments in technology, entrepreneurship, innovation and financial support, and the role incubators should play.
The conference will provide networking opportunities to promote and support the development of the incubator industry in Saudi Arabia and strengthen its role in building a knowledge-based economy. It will provide a venue for participating delegates to exchange ideas, experiences and best practices in the field of entrepreneurship and technology incubators.
The theme “Incubating Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurs” highlights incubation as a driver of innovation and entrepreneurship.
The conference will feature start-up entrepreneurial programs aimed at the development of entrepreneurship and innovation.
The BADIR Program was created by KACST in 2008 to foster and promote technology innovation, entrepreneurship and incubation.
