Leading a global collaboration for the greater good
At the Future Investment Initiative Institute, we believe that everything is possible when thought leaders and change-makers come face to face. From that sentiment, the Xchange pillar was born, rooted in the need for global collaboration to create global good.
At Xchange, we build inclusive platforms for international dialogue, knowledge sharing and partnerships. We bring together heads of state, innovators, business leaders and investors eager to shape a better future for all.
The FII, our flagship conference that takes place in the heart of Riyadh, is an international platform for expert-led debate between those who have the power to shape the future of global investment.
With more than 500 speakers speaking in 180 different sessions and more than 6,000 delegates from around the world, our latest FII sixth edition covered in-depth conversations about new pathways for global investment; analysis of critical industry trends; and unparalleled networking among head of states, policymakers, CEOs, experts and youth.
We also organize several regional summits worldwide to engage with thought leaders and decision-makers on issues affecting humanity at large.
For example, in September of last year, we held the Priority Summit in New York. The event uncovered the No. 1 priority of individuals from every age, background and culture across all continents. Then, in a series of interactive conversations and debates, it determined humanity’s most pressing needs and desires.
Even amid the extreme global challenges of the COVID-19 lockdown, FII Institute stayed ahead of the curve. The institution provided the world with much-needed knowledge to help curb the impact of the pandemic.
It held its Environment, Social and Governance principles in May in London. “The Inclusive ESG For Emerging Markets” was an interactive summit to accelerate sustainability initiatives in high-growth regions worldwide.
During this critical time, the FII Institute set out to develop a more direct, robust road map for the future of ESG, particularly in emerging markets. To support this critical work, the institute engaged in vital conversations that will shape the future of the global ESG agenda, and support investors with the tools and knowledge to drive sustainable, alpha-generating investment strategies.
However, the journey does not end here, as the institute is still expanding global outreach with two additional events next year. The first is in Miami in March 2023; the second is in Asia in December 2023. Not to mention that preparations are again on the road for FII 7, set from Oct. 24-26, 2023.
I firmly believe that all our conferences and summits can be summed up in what our CEO calls “A Movement.”
We speak not only of what should be done but realize them through our three pillars: Think, Xchange and Act.
