Ray Righetti writes: Bravo on your article (Formula 1 light — published last Sunday) — F1 is no longer about nations and drivers at war that overwhelmed all the senses that it used to be. Like all sports, it is being stuffed into a quiet politically correct corner with announcers that are trained to make a game of marbles appear exciting, but know little of the inner workings of the sport.
It’s a traveling circus of players, all from the same fraternity that are trying to convince us that F1 still possesses the passionate win at all costs aura that it used to have. F1 is dead. I’m getting into gardening.
