Again, history repeats itself. In Riyadh, many means of transportation folded within 30 minutes of heavy rains.
Is it because illegal workers handled them over the past few years? Is it the corrupted construction companies? Is it the lack of regulations and serious penalties? Or is it all of this and much more?
The conflict exposure, especially on social media, is loaded with disappointment. I don’t blame the Saudi society, mainly youth, as many institutions let them down. The youth needs a model to look up to; this is the nature of their stage in life.
It isn’t funny to realize how the young generation sees things. Pessimism dominion is heavy. The mere thinking of what should be done to replace it with optimism is not easy.
As a matter of fact, it is today’s biggest job. Forecasting the weather is an exciting job, but forecasting the consequences is not! The omen was always there. Yet, no one appreciated the prediction.
