Joseph Bahout

Joseph Bahout is director of the Issam Fares Institute for Public Policy and International Affairs at the American University of Beirut, where he is also an associate professor of political science. He has long been a researcher at the Carnegie Endowment in Washington DC, a professor at Sciences-Po Paris, and a consultant to the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
